To OνΟff Studio Athens παρουσιάζει μία βραδιά με συνθέσεις του Αλέξη Πορφυριάδη για σόλο όργανο και σόλο κίνηση που δημιουργήθηκαν μεταξύ των ετών 2011 και 2021. Θα παρουσιαστούν οι συνθέσεις:

Bio

Ο Αλέξης Πορφυριάδης είναι συνθέτης και πιανίστας/αυτοσχεδιαστής. Σπούδασε σύνθεση στην Αγγλία (PhD) και στην Αυστρία (MA, Postgraduate). Ανάμεσα στα βραβεία που του έχουν απονεμηθεί συγκαταλέγονται το Πρώτο Βραβείο στον Διεθνή Διαγωνισμό Σύνθεσης Franco Evangelisti 2020 Ρώμη/Ιταλία (2020), το Τρίτο Βραβείο στο Διεθνή Διαγωνισμό Σύνθεσης Molinari Quartet Competition Μόντρεαλ/Καναδάς (2004/05), το Βραβείο για την προώθηση της Μουσικής της πόλης του Graz/Αυστρία (2002) και η Ετήσια υποτροφία για τη Μουσική Σύνθεση της Αυστριακής Δημοκρατίας (2003-04). Διδάσκει αυτοσχεδιασμό, πειραματική μουσική και πειραματικές μουσικές παραστατικές πρακτικές για σύνολα στο Τμήμα Μουσικής Επιστήμης και Τέχνης του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας, θεωρητικά της μουσικής στο Δημοτικό Ωδείο Αμαρουσίου και Ιστορία Μουσικής στην Κρατική Σχολή Ορχηστικής Τέχνης (ΚΣΟΤ) και στην Ανώτερη Επαγγελματική Σχολή Χορού ΑΚΤΙΝΑ.

Ο Γιώργος Κοκκινάρης παίζει κοντραμπάσο, σύγχρονη μουσική και αυτοσχεδιασμό. Ερευνά μουσικές άλλων πολιτισμών με κέντρο τις μεταμουσικές δονήσεις στο σώμα και στην αντίληψη της ανθρώπινης νόησης. Αποτελεί μέλος του μουσικού σχήματος “Άκταφα” στην προσπάθεια να δημιουργηθεί ένα νέο κοινό και ανθρώπινες σχέσεις με αυτό. www.aktapha.com – – www.kokkinaris.com – – newmusicnow.substack.com

Η Ιωάννα Κουζή πήρε δίπλωμα πιάνου το 2023, απ’ το ωδείο Kodaly με βαθμό Άριστα (τάξη: Αλεξάνδρας Παπαστεφάνου). Παράλληλα ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές στο τμήμα Μαθηματικών του ΕΚΠΑ. Έκτοτε συνεχίζει τα μεταδιπλωματικά της μαθήματα με την Αλεξάνδρα Παπαστεφάνου και έχει συμμετάσχει σε σεμινάρια και masterclasses στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. Παρακολούθησε το ετήσιο σεμινάριο της Λορέντας Ράμου «Το πιάνο στον 20ο και 21ο αιώνα» στο ωδείο Αθηνών, καθώς και το ετήσιο σεμινάριο του Αλέξη Πορφυριάδη «Από τον ελεγχόμενο στον ελεύθερο αυτοσχεδιασμό» στο ωδείο Φίλιππος Νάκας. Κατά το έτος 2024-2025 παρακολούθησε μαθήματα στο Conservatorio di Torino/Ιταλία, με τον καθηγητή Giacomo Fuga. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε συναυλίες στο Μέγαρο Μουσικής Αθηνών, στο Εθνικό Μουσείο Σύγχρονης Τέχνης και σε άλλους χώρους μικρότερης εμβέλειας. Έχει δώσει επίσης ρεσιτάλ πιάνου στο φεστιβάλ «Piano city Athens», στο Μουσείο Γουλανδρή και στο Goethe Institut Athen.

Η Κωνσταντίνα Σαμακοβλή σπούδασε πιάνο, ανώτερα θεωρητικά και διεύθυνση χορωδίας. Συνεργάστηκε με τη χορωδία του Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου και τις χορωδίες στο Ωδείο Μουσικοί Ορίζοντες ως μαέστρος. Η ίδια δημιουργησε τις χορωδίες Enchor και EbbNFlow. Το 2015 παρακολούθησε κύκλο σεμιναρίων με τον Αλέξη Πορφυριάδη και από κει ξεκίνησε η πορεία της στην πειραματική μουσική. Είναι μέλος των Whi Ensemble και ιδρυτικό μέλος των Diathlasis Vocal Ensemble, δύο σύνολα που ερμηνεύουν γραφικές και λεκτικές παρτιτούρες. Τα δύο
τελευταία χρόνια βρίσκεται στην τάξη του Αλέξη Πορφυριάδη για το Δίπλωμα της Σύνθεσης. Από το 2002 διδάσκει σε μουσικά σχολεία.

Η Εύα Σώκου είναι απόφοιτος της Ανώτερης Επαγγελματικής Σχολής ΑΚΤΙΝΑ και του τμήματος
Ψυχολογίας του ΕΚΠΑ. Εργάζεται ως χορεύτρια και χορογράφος και ψυχοθεραπεύτρια. Η εκπαίδευση της στον σύγχρονο χορό συμπεριλαμβάνει τις τεχνικές release, contact improvisation και GAGA. Έργα της ως χορογράφος έχουν παρουσιαστεί στο Athens Video Dance Festival και στο Φεστιβάλ Συγχρονου Χορού στο Τρένο στο Ρούφ.

Bio.

Alexis Porphyriadis is a composer and pianist/improviser. He studied composition in the UK (PhD) and Austria (MA, Postgraduate). His awards include First Prize at the Franco Evangelisti International Composition Competition (Rome, 2020), Third Prize at the Molinari Quartet International Composition Competition (Montreal, 2004/05), the City of Graz Award for the Promotion of Music (2002), and the Austrian State Annual Scholarship for Music Composition (2003–04). He teaches improvisation, experimental music, and experimental ensemble performance practices at the Department of Music Science and Art, University of Macedonia. He also teaches music theory at the Municipal Conservatory of Marousi and Music History at the State School of Dance (KSOT) and the AKTINA Higher Professional Dance School.

Giorgos Kokkinaris is a double bassist focusing on contemporary music and improvisation. His work explores musical traditions from different cultures, with an emphasis on the bodily and perceptual resonances of sound. He is a member of the ensemble Aktapha, which seeks to build new audiences and genuine human connections through music.

Ioanna Kouzi received her piano diploma in 2023 from the Kodaly Conservatory with highest distinction (class of Alexandra Papastefanou). At the same time, she completed her degree in Mathematics at the University of Athens. She continues her postgraduate studies with Alexandra Papastefanou and has attended seminars and masterclasses both in Greece and abroad. These include Lorenda Ramou’s annual seminar The Piano in the 20th and 21st Century at the Athens Conservatory, as well as Alexis Porphyriadis’s seminar From Controlled to Free Improvisation at Philippos Nakas Conservatory. In 2024–25 she studied at the Conservatorio di Torino in Italy with Professor Giacomo Fuga. She has performed at the Athens Concert Hall, the National Museum of Contemporary Art, and other venues, as well as giving solo recitals at Piano City Athens, the Goulandris Museum, and the Goethe Institut in Athens.

Konstantina Samakovli studied piano, advanced music theory, and choral conducting. She worked as a conductor with the NTUA Choir and with choirs at the Musicoi Orizontes Conservatory. She founded the choirs Enchor and EbbNFlow. In 2015, she began attending seminars with Alexis Porphyriadis, which led her into the world of experimental music. She is a member of Whi Ensemble and a founding member of Diathlasis Vocal Ensemble, both of which specialize in graphic and text scores. Over the past two years, she has been studying composition with Alexis Porphyriadis. Since 2002, she has been teaching in music schools.

Eva Sokou is a graduate of the AKTINA Higher Professional Dance School and the Department of Psychology at the University of Athens. She works as a dancer, choreographer, and psychotherapist. Her training in contemporary dance includes release technique, contact improvisation, and Gaga. Her choreographic work has been presented at the Athens Video Dance Festival and the Contemporary Dance Festival To Treno sto Rouf.
