*Κάθε αντικείμενο που υφίσταται περιστροφή διαθέτει ροπή αδράνειας. Την Κυριακή 19 Νοεμβρίου, το Ov Off Studio θα φιλοξενήσει δύο σύνολα πειραματικού, ηλεκτροακουστικού ήχου και χορού/κίνησης από καλλιτέχνες που περιστρέφονται γύρω από εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς άξονες, εστιάζοντας στον ευαίσθητο μινιμαλισμό, την ενεργή ακρόαση και τις πρακτικές ανατροφοδότησης.
Ο blackbody_radiation (Andrew Black) θα επανασχεδιάσει στοιχεία που εξάγονται από το ντεμπούτο άλμπουμ του Ultra-Materials για να ανακαλύψει, να αποκαλύψει και να διαμορφώσει μια περαιτέρω επέκταση του άλμπουμ. Η σόλο παράσταση με τη βοήθεια υπολογιστή θα περιλαμβάνει αυθόρμητο sound masking, διάχυση, επανάληψη, συντομογραφίες, επαναλήψεις και πυκνά λερωμένα ίχνη.
Η Δήμητρα Κουστερίδου (ζωντανά ηλεκτρονικά/κυκλώματα) και η Isidora Vincentelli (κίνηση) συναντιούνται για πρώτη φορά ως ντουέτο για να διερευνήσουν τη διαδικασία της περιστροφής που διασχίζει έναν μεταιχμιακό χώρο, μέσω κυκλικών συχνοτήτων και συνεχούς ενσώματης ανατροφοδότησης.

Sunday 19th November, Ov Off Studio will be hosting two sets of experimental, electroacoustic sound and dance/movement from artists rotating around internal and external axis, focusing on sensitive minimalism, active listening and feedback practices.
blackbody_radiation (Andrew Black) will recontextualize elements extracted from his debut album Ultra-Materials to discover, reveal and form a further extension of the Album. The solo performance with computer assistance will include spontaneous sound masking, diffusion, repetition, abbreviations, iterations and densely smeared traces.
Dimitra Kousteridou (live electronics/circuits) and Isidora Vincentelli (movement) meet on the stage for the first time to investigate the process of turning crosses a liminal space, through circular frequencies and continuous embodied feedback.

who hails from one of the UK’s post industrial North West Milltowns has a sensitive feeling for space and its acoustics. Having trained as a designer and operated within the realms of architecture and public space, it was only natural to extend his interest to manipulating field recordings. His debut Album was released in September 2023 on the Berlin label Faitiche.

a composer, researcher, and sound artist, currently residing and working in Athens, Greece. Her innovative approach to composition explores tactile and sound aspects within site-specific installations and performances, often originating from improvisation. Dimitra’s work has been showcased at conferences, festivals, and exhibitions worldwide, reflecting her dedication to multidisciplinary forms and the exploration of sound in Greece, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Lebanon, Serbia, and the United Kingdom. She is a founding member of the experimental intermediate project “6.8KOhm Improvisation Series,” an ongoing improvisation action, in collaboration with musicians and artists.

is an artist working in performance and installation. She collaborates in interdisciplinary projects across Europe and the UK, researching site-specific performance practices that focus on intuitive body intelligence to create states for dreaming alternate ways of being in the world. Dance: embodied wisdom and unique expression as a process of liberation, rebellion and transformation. Isidora completed her studies at LABAN Conservatoire and holds an MA from London Contemporary Dance School (2018). In 2023 she won the North East Emerging Artist Prize for her audio-visual installation Timekeeping.
